Terms & Conditions
- The completion of your website will require a specific number of working days. When contacting us, please ensure to specify your chosen package accurately.
- The client is responsible for providing the content for the website.
- All websites will be optimized for search engines (SEO). For design solutions that focus on achieving specific results and rankings, consider adding our SEO Plan to your website.
- The client assumes responsibility for their website’s content, including the material and database, and we shall not be held liable for any disputes arising from them.
- The client should also provide their own logo. However, if you require logo design services, please reach out to us.
- The prices for hosting, domain, and other products/services displayed on our website may vary. We reserve the right to modify the prices, either by upgrading or downgrading them.
- A signature line will be embedded at the bottom of your website. If you wish to remove it, there will be an additional cost.
- Repeated content changes will incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property Policy:
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that all material, content, and images submitted to ASRDesigning Web Services are original and do not infringe upon third-party copyright or trademark protection. If necessary, the Client must obtain permission from the copyright or trademark owner to use such material.
- The Client accepts full liability for any copyright or trademark infringement on their website, including but not limited to website content, design, or overall appearance, and holds ASRDesigning Web Services harmless from any resulting claims.
- The website design, graphics, and any programming code/scripts created by ASRDesigning Web Services are the property of ASRDesigning Web Services and may not be commercially reproduced or resold without written permission.
- The Client is not allowed to redesign or resell the website design, code, or any other property of the website.
A fee of Rs. 1000 will be charged for the removal of “Powered or Designed by ASRDesigning Web Services” as the website design service was provided at a discounted rate.
Acceptable Usage Policy
- ASRDesigning supports a system where all services and information are to be kept confidential between the company and the client. Sharing pricing or package details with others is not supported.
- The information provided during registration on our portal will only be used for your information and business growth purposes, which may include occasional promotional offers related to ASRDesigning.
- In general, acceptable use means respecting the rights of other users, the integrity of the facilities, and contractual agreements. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in disciplinary action, including the restriction and potential loss of project finance. Serious violations may lead to more severe consequences. Individuals are also subject to applicable laws governing their interactions. These policies and laws are subject to change as government regulations evolve.
Fees and Deposits
- A 50% deposit of the total fee stated in our proposal is required upon instructing us to proceed with the website design and development work. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the work to your reasonable satisfaction. No work will commence until the full deposit has been paid.
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers domain and hosting expenses, which are acquired on the customer’s behalf. (We collect 50% payment after booking the domain & hosting).
Acceptable Use
- The website, application, or marketing services may only be used for your business or commercial purposes.
You may not use another individual’s account or customer information mentioned as part of our portfolio or design for your personal use. - You are solely responsible for the appropriate use of all provided resources, including files, server cPanel or Plesk Panel, email accounts, and website admin panel. Misuse of the system will be your sole responsibility.
- The company is bound by contractual and license agreements regarding certain third-party resources, and you are expected to comply with such agreements when using those resources.
- It is your responsibility to protect your passwords and secure resources against unauthorized use or access. Reasonable measures should be taken to prevent unauthorized access to ASRDesigning servers and computing resources.
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas, operating systems, security software, or administrative applications is strictly prohibited without proper authorization from the system owner or administrator.
- Compliance with policies and guidelines for specific resources to which you have access is required. If other policies are more restrictive than this policy, the more restrictive policy will take precedence.
- The use of automated tools or software on the website or server is considered unethical. Any use of such tools to manipulate forms or generate fake traffic may result in the suspension of your website.
- If we use our credit card to purchase resources on your behalf, you are prohibited from making any additional purchases or sharing the credentials associated with that transaction.
